LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Collections Specialists to work remotely from home, nationwide. You will negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts, set up payment plans, and use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers, all while meeting regulatory requirements and performance targets.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a distraction-free home office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting team goals.
• Knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• Professional verbal and written communication for phone and remote interactions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a distraction-minimized remote workspace.
• Must reside and work in an LCS-approved state.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' individual financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and relevant assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Consistently work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local collection laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain consistent communication with management and team members while working remotely.
