LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Collections Specialists to join a nationwide remote team. You will manage inbound/outbound calls, negotiate payment plans, and pursue opportunities to maximize recovery while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires at least 2 years in third–party debt collection, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively from a dedicated remote workspace.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of third–party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional, distraction–minimized remote workspace suitable for confidential conversations.
• Experience working in a high–volume collections environment.
• Familiarity with skip–tracing tools and collection management systems.
• Previous experience consistently meeting or exceeding collection goals.

Responsabilidades

• Managing inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiating payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' individual financial circumstances.
• Utilizing skip–tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and relevant assets.
• Managing assigned account portfolios and prioritizing collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Consistently working toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Delivering professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local collection laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
