LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking a Remote Collections Specialist to join a results-driven team. This position requires strong negotiation skills, adherence to compliance, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload from a remote home office.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of third-party debt collection experience, excellent communication, and familiarity with skip-tracing tools. Remote work is available for qualified individuals in approved states.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers’ finances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage account portfolios and prioritize collection activities for recovery.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and meet performance goals.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while handling difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and policies.
