LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Remote Collections Specialists to join our team from home. The role emphasizes negotiating resolutions, skip-tracing, and compliant practices while pursuing recovery goals in a performance-driven environment.

We value strong communication, high-volume experience, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. This is a national remote opportunity restricted to states where employment is authorized.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Managing inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiating payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilizing skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Managing assigned account portfolios and prioritizing collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Delivering professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local collection laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
