Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Lead Software Integration Engineer to enable reliable, secure, and scalable releases across HR platforms (including Workday) and enterprise systems. The role combines integration expertise, release governance, and Agile execution to coordinate platform changes and dependencies.

You will own release planning, coordinate with Product Owners, manage cross-team interactions, and ensure production readiness across cloud and on-prem environments while aligning with architecture

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in software engineering, release management, or technical program delivery.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and enterprise release governance processes.
• Experience with Workday or HR platform integrations and API-based services.

Responsibilities

• Own release planning, coordination, and execution across multiple teams and enterprise HR platforms.
• Work closely with Product Owners to understand requirements, timelines, and scope changes.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure conflicts are resolved early.
• Coordinate change management activities, including CAB reviews and approvals.
• Provide visibility into release status, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
