Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise application architecture and engineering experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday technical architecture experience in large, complex enterprises.
• Deep expertise implementing Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
• Experience architecting Workday Extend solutions with minimal customization and technical debt.
• Expertise in Workday security architecture, governance, compliance, and audit controls.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term architecture, standards, and roadmap for Workday and related technologies.
• Lead design of scalable, secure Workday solutions, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Translate strategic priorities into technology solutions with stakeholders and engineering leaders.
• Govern architecture decisions and align with enterprise standards.
• Evaluate emerging Workday capabilities to improve employee experience and efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to engineering teams.
