U.S. Bank is seeking a senior Workday Production Support & Release Lead to ensure platform stability, incident control, and continuous improvement across HCM and Finance.

You will own release planning, testing, and automation efforts in a large enterprise environment. The role emphasizes ITIL-based incident and change management, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, HR Technology, Finance Technology, Security, and Risk teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Workday security and access governance.
• Experience with incident, change, and release management per ITIL.
• Proven ability to drive automation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production support operations for Workday, ensuring platform stability.
• Own incident, problem, and change management processes, incl. major incident response.
• Monitor platform health with KPIs, dashboards, alerts, and metrics.
• Lead bi-annual Workday release planning and deployment readiness.
• Coordinate tenant refreshes, migrations, and CAB-compliant deployment schedules.
• Establish and manage test automation and regression testing program.
• Drive automation of workflows and self-service to reduce incidents.
• Partner with Product, HR/Finance Tech, Security, Risk, and vendors for exec reporting.
