Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in the field.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day production support operations for the Workday platform across HCM and Finance.
- Own incident, problem, and change management processes including major incident response and RCA.
- Monitor platform health via KPIs, dashboards, alerts, and operational metrics.
- Lead bi-annual Workday release planning, impact assessments, and production readiness reviews.
- Coordinate tenant refreshes, migrations, and environment readiness with change governance and CAB approvals.
- Establish and manage a test automation and regression testing program for releases and tenant updates.
- Drive automation of operational workflows and self-service capabilities to reduce manual effort.
- Partner with Product, HR Tech, Finance Tech, Security, Risk, and vendors for executive reporting on reliability and risk.
