Job summary

Wonder is seeking a senior-level Manager, HR Technology to own the Workday-centric People Technology Platform. You will lead architectural design, integrations, and automation to deliver scalable HR solutions.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled experiences and cross-functional collaboration with HR partners in a fast-growth environment. The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in HR technology, deep Workday expertise, and a proven track record in integrations and system design.

Qualifications

5–8+ years in HR Technology or related platform roles
Strong hands-on Workday experience across modules
Experience beyond configuration including integrations, APIs, automation, or system design
Familiarity with Workday Extend and related platform technologies
Understanding of data models, reporting, and analytics

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the People Technology Platform architecture and performance in Workday
Design scalable, extensible solutions beyond configuration
Build AI-enabled experiences to enhance employee self-service and workflows
Design, build, and optimize integrations between Workday and external systems
Drive transformation initiatives including M&A integrations and large-scale implementations
Collaborate with HR partners to shape a modern, AI-enabled HR technology stack
