Job summary

Attain Partners is seeking an experienced Integration Lead to guide a Workday ERP implementation, migrating from PeopleSoft. You will own the integration workstream, coordinate discovery, design, development, testing, and deployment while managing client expectations and project risks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of integration consulting or implementation experience, notably as an Integration Lead or similar.
• Demonstrated experience leading the integration workstream for a Workday implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Workday integration technologies: EIB, Workday Studio, BIRT, Cloud Connect and Orchestration.
• Experience leading and providing technical direction to integration developers.
• Strong ability to manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client-facing Integration Lead for a Workday ERP implementation.
• Lead the integration workstream from discovery through deployment and issue resolution.
• Serve as primary client and project leadership contact for integration activities, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Assist the client with vendor management to ensure engagement and readiness.
• Provide technical direction to integration developers while remaining hands-on in design, development, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Facilitate integration discovery and design sessions and translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Ensure integration deliverables meet timelines and quality standards; manage scope and expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and system integrator to deliver shared objectives.
• Identify risks and issues early and propose alternative technical or functional approaches.
• Review designs/deliverables for quality, security, and standards alignment.
• Identify opportunities to improve integration methods and reusable solutions.
