Qualus is seeking a Relay Settings Engineer within our Design Engineering group to design and size protective relaying and relay control schemes for client systems. You will perform setting calculations, model short-circuit conditions, and coordinate with the team to deliver solutions that meet standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BSEE with power focus.
• 1–3 years protection and relay settings experience.
• Experience with ASPEN or CAPE.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-service mindset and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Design and set coordination of protective relaying schemes.
• Model short-circuit and overstress studies.
