Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to help clients and build trust.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, both in person and over the phone, to tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
