Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related financial services.
• Strong client-service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to explain banking products clearly to clients.
• Ability to comply with risk and regulatory requirements.
• High school degree; licenses to be obtained within 180 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first, deliver attentive and friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or on the phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust with clients.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
