Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related fields with proven success in acquiring and retaining clients.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone conversations.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide consistent service.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with regulatory obligations including required training.
• Licensing or license-eligibility requirements per JPMorgan Chase licensing program within 180 days of hire.

• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them with specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
