Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to greet clients, assess financial needs, and offer thoughtful solutions using Chase tools and technology. You will contribute to a welcoming, high-service environment while adhering to banking policies.

In this role, you will build relationships by listening, educating clients on products, and coordinating with specialists to address complex financial needs. Weekend and some evening hours required.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations—deliver attentive and friendly service.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to help clients and build trust.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, in person and over the phone, to build relationships.
• Educate clients to use Chase mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs for banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
