JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the brand in the branch, delivering hospitality and tailored financial solutions to clients. You will acquire, manage, and retain relationships using banking knowledge and technology to simplify clients’ lives.

Responsibilities include building trust through consultative conversations, educating clients on Chase digital tools, and collaborating with experts to address complex needs while complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits.

Responsabilités

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive and friendly service at a welcoming branch.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help with banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
