JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the brand and build meaningful client relationships at a branch. You will acquire, manage, and retain clients, using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions and enhance the client experience.

You will educate clients on technology tools, coordinate with specialists for complex needs, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Formación

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Excellent communication skills, in-person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide consistent service.
• Ability to work within risk parameters and complete required training.

Responsabilidades

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) and connect them to experts for complex needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures and adhere to banking policies and regulatory requirements.
