Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet training requirements.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent; licensing requirements to be completed within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on Chase mobile apps, Chase.com, and ATMs for convenient access.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to advise on banking solutions and connect to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
