Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent the brand with hospitality and use of cutting-edge financial technology to assist clients.

You will lead in acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful client relationships, offering thoughtful financial solutions to address needs and enhance the client experience. Weekend and some evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• National/Maryland? (NMLS) and licensing requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand clients' needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions with experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
