You will lead in acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships, tailor solutions to financial needs, and work within risk and regulatory requirements. Weekend/evening hours are required. This role emphasizes teamwork with a specialists group to meet diverse client needs.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Strong problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Ability to comply with risk, regulatory, and licensing requirements.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• High school diploma or equivalent; licenses are required within 180 days.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, welcoming service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
