Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker at a Chase Branch to represent the brand with hospitality and expertise in banking solutions. Qualifications

1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.

Responsibilities

Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs.
Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
Learn products and procedures quickly to advise on banking solutions.
Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
