JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the Chase brand in a branch, acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships with financial solutions and excellent service.

You will leverage technology tools, educate clients, and collaborate with a team of experts to meet financial needs while adhering to regulatory requirements. This role requires licensing within 180 days and weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven client acquisition and retention.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone; ability to explain features and benefits.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining consistent experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance obligations.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent. Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses; all unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Use clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
