Job summary

The role requires strong communication, ability to work with technology, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Weekend and some evenings hours are expected as part of branch operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor product features to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide consistent service.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients to leverage technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
