JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional client experience at a Chase branch. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offering thoughtful financial solutions and guiding clients to digital tools.

The role requires strong communication, regulatory compliance, and licensing (SIE, Series 6, state registrations); weekend/evening hours are expected. You will collaborate with a team of experts to meet clients’ financial needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), Life licenses; must obtain licenses through JPMorgan Chase licensing program within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, in person or by phone, to build relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and address client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
