Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills in person and by phone, tailoring explanations to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Must have HS diploma or equivalent; licensing required (SIE, Series 6, state registration, Life).

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor financial recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand and anticipate client needs and preferences.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) and connect them to experts as needed.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to effectively consult on banking solutions.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
