Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver hospitality-focused client service in a Chase branch. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships by leveraging financial knowledge to suggest thoughtful solutions and improve clients’ financial lives.

You will educate clients on Chase digital tools, stay compliant with regulatory requirements, and collaborate with a team of financial experts to address complex needs. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions with the team.
