Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to deliver exceptional hospitality and financial guidance. You will build and manage client relationships, providing thoughtful banking solutions and leveraging Chase technology to enhance the client experience.

You will work with a team to educate clients, meet regulatory requirements, and support branch goals. The role requires weekend/evening availability and completion of required licenses within 180 days.

Qualifications

• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses required; obtain within 180 days.
• Willing to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Licensing program provided to help unlicensed applicants obtain required licenses.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions with the team.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
