Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to build lasting client relationships in a branch setting. You will deliver welcoming service, leverage Chase technology, and provide thoughtful financial solutions to meet client needs.

The role requires sales experience in banking, strong communication, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Weekend/evening availability is expected as part of branch hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to educate clients on banking products and solutions.
• Compliance with risk, privacy, and banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting in person or by phone to deepen relationships.
• Communicate clearly to tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to assist clients and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
