Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or financial services.
• Strong ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and empathy.
• Complete required risk and compliance training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in-branch.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, and build lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and recommend products.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (mobile app, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures quickly and consult with experts as needed.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory banking requirements.
