JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional client service in a branch environment. You will manage client relationships, recommend banking solutions, and facilitate access to technology like Chase Mobile and Chase.com to meet financial needs.

The role requires strong communication, sales experience, and compliance with banking regulations; licensing within 180 days is required. Weekend/evening hours may be needed, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication and client service skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses; licenses must be obtained within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
