JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional client service at a branch, acquiring and managing relationships and helping clients meet their financial needs using Chase solutions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success in acquiring and deepening client relationships.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product/service recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Strong problem-solving with attention to detail to resolve client issues.
• Work within risk parameters and complete required training and regulatory obligations.
• High school diploma/GED or foreign equivalent; licensing through JPMorganChase program within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and consult with clients on banking solutions with team support.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
