Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the brand in a Chase Branch, acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships with personalized financial solutions. You’ll leverage banking technology and provide exemplary hospitality while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

You will engage clients, understand their financial needs, and collaborate with product specialists to address complex requirements, including weekend and some evening hours.

Qualifications

• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• The SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
• All unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses through JPMC's licensing program within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
