Grundfos seeks a Regional Sales Manager for wastewater to lead regional growth across municipal water treatment projects in the United States. You will manage the Manufacturer's Representatives network, cultivate relationships with utilities, engineers, and contractors, and guide projects from concept to purchase orders.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in wastewater sales, deep process knowledge, and a track record of achieving quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry with a proven track record.
• Strong technical knowledge of municipal wastewater treatment processes, including aeration systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop Manufacturer's Representatives to meet annual sales quotas.
• Drive new business through prospecting, visits, and relationship management with utilities, engineers, and contractors.
• Lead opportunities from development through bidding, negotiation and PO execution.
• Provide technical guidance on aeration systems for SBR, oxidation ditch and lagoons.
• Develop regional sales plans, forecast pipeline, and identify market trends.
• Liaise between customers, reps and internal teams to meet project requirements.
