Grundfos is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Wastewater to lead and grow our aeration solutions across municipal wastewater applications in the United States. You will manage a Manufacturer's Representatives network, build relationships with utilities, engineers, and contractors, and drive orders from development through execution.

We value a technical sales background in municipal wastewater, the ability to guide complex projects, and a collaborative, results-driven approach.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry with a proven track record.
• Strong technical knowledge of municipal wastewater treatment processes, including mechanical aeration, SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon systems.
• Knowledge of municipal wastewater regulations and permitting processes
• Experience managing a Manufacturer's Representative network.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, coach, and develop our Manufacturer's Representatives to achieve annual sales and order quotas, including recruiting, training, and performance monitoring.
• Drive new business through prospecting, customer visits, and relationship management with municipal utilities, consulting engineers, and contractors.
• Lead sales opportunities from early project development through specification, bidding, negotiation, and fully executed purchase orders.
• Provide technical and consultative guidance on Newterra's mechanical aeration systems for SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon applications.
• Develop regional sales plans, forecast pipeline performance, identify market trends, and pursue new market opportunities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, representatives, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
