Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Wastewater to lead regional sales for municipal wastewater aeration solutions across the United States, leveraging the Manufacturer's Representatives network and engaging municipal utilities, engineers, and contractors.

You will develop regional plans, coach reps, drive bid opportunities from early development through final orders, and provide technical guidance on aeration systems such as SBR and lagoons, with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry with a proven track record.
• Strong technical knowledge of municipal wastewater treatment processes, including mechanical aeration, SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop Manufacturer's Representatives to achieve annual sales and order quotas, including recruiting, training, and performance monitoring.
