Job summary

Grundfos seeks a Regional Sales Manager, Wastewater, to drive growth across municipal wastewater markets in the United States. You will manage a Manufacturer's Representative network, build relationships with utilities, engineers and contractors, and guide projects from development to purchase orders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and at least 5 years of sales experience in wastewater or a similar sector. Expect up to 30% travel and a remote-friendly U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a related industry with a proven track record.
• Strong technical knowledge of municipal wastewater treatment processes, including aeration, SBR, oxidation ditch and lagoons.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach and develop Manufacturer's Representatives to meet annual sales quotas.
• Lead prospecting, visits and relationship management with municipal utilities, engineers and contractors.
• Drive opportunities from project development through bidding, negotiation and PO execution.
• Provide technical guidance on aeration systems for wastewater treatment applications.
• Develop regional sales plans and forecast pipeline while identifying new market opportunities.
• Coordinate between customers, reps and internal teams to ensure requirements are met.
