Grundfos Water Treatment USA is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Wastewater to lead and expand regional sales of aeration solutions across municipal wastewater applications in the United States. You will coach Manufacturer's Representatives, build strong municipal and consulting relationships, and steer projects from early development through bid and order.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry with a proven track record of achieving results.
• Strong technical knowledge of municipal wastewater treatment processes, including mechanical aeration, SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage, coach, and develop Manufacturer's Representatives to achieve annual sales and quotas; recruit, train, and monitor performance.
• Drive new business through prospecting, visits, and relationship management with municipal utilities, engineers, and contractors.
• Lead sales opportunities from development through specification, bidding, and purchase orders.
• Provide technical and consultative guidance on Newterra's mechanical aeration systems for SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon applications.
• Develop regional sales plans, forecast pipeline, identify market trends, and pursue new opportunities.
