Grundfos, operating as Newterra Water Treatment USA, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the wastewater segment in the U.S. You will lead regional growth by managing the Manufacturer's Representatives network, engaging municipal customers, engineers, and contractors, and guiding projects from development through order closure.

The role emphasizes technical aeration knowledge, market trend identification, and strong relationship building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry with a proven track record of achieving results.
• Strong technical knowledge of municipal wastewater treatment processes, including mechanical aeration, SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage, coach, and develop Manufacturer's Representatives to meet annual sales quotas.
• Drive new business via prospecting, visits, and relationship management with municipal utilities, consulting engineers, and contractors.
• Lead sales opportunities from project development to bidding and purchase orders.
• Provide technical and consultative guidance on Newterra's mechanical aeration systems.
