Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior leader to guide its regional TMT delivery and client development teams, collaborating with sector leadership and HDR’s global client base. You will drive staffing planning, capture efforts, and market engagement to grow bookings and client value across multiple regions.

Ideal candidates bring extensive A/E sector experience, strong communications, and a proven track record in strategic marketing, client relationships, and staff development within HDR’s values-driven

Qualifications

• BS degree in architecture, engineering, planning, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the A/E Industry with data centers, semiconductor facilities and technology clients.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience in development and management of strategic marketing programs for architecture, engineering and/or planning services.
• Experience in development and management of a wide range of client relationships and specific program and/or project pursuits.
• Experience in overall staff development, including recruiting, career paths and professional growth.
• Experience with industry associations and a visible profile in the market sector.
• Ability to work cooperatively with various HDR business directors and managers.
• Demonstrated commitment to HDR values and participation in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire HDR’s regional TMT delivery and client development teams.
• Directly engage in client/account management for regional and global customers.
• Coordinate with local operations/BES Business Group Managers around staffing needs including strategic recruiting.
• Track upcoming contracts/projects in terms of financials, staffing and delivery strategies.
• Partner with local CDLs on capture planning and client development meetings and activities.
• Lead regional teams in driving forward the Sector’s business development plans.
• Drive regional strategic initiatives including brand awareness, IDE, market research, events, long-term planning, partnerships.
