Job summary

HDR is seeking a Region Leader for Tech/Media/Telecom (TMT) to win, oversee and deliver projects for technology clients, including datacenters and semiconductor facilities. You will lead regional delivery, manage accounts, and collaborate with HDR’s global practice to ensure high technical standards.

The role emphasizes leadership across regional teams, brand development, staffing strategy and cross-border collaboration within HDR.

• Experience in development and management of client relationships and pursuits.
• Ability to work cooperatively with multiple leadership and management roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead HDR’s regional TMT delivery and client development teams.
• Direct client/account management for regional and global customers.
• Coordinate staffing needs with local BES Business Group Managers.
• Track contracts/projects in terms of financials, staffing and delivery strategies.
• Partner with local CDLs on capture planning and client development meetings.
• Lead regional teams in driving HDR’s Sector business development plans.
• Collaborate on market analysis, events and long-term planning.
