Job summary

HDR is seeking a TMT Program Manager to lead multidisciplinary data center programs. You will guide projects from upfront planning through design, construction support, and commissioning, coordinating HDR teams and client stakeholders to deliver complex programs.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic advisory skills, and the ability to grow HDR’s global client base with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Sciences, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Program management experience in large, capital‑dr value projects and delivery of complex data center programs.
• Experience participating in consultant or owner program management teams and familiarity with PMO structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary tech media & telecom (TMT) programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of TMT programs.
• Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of program execution; manage resources and schedules.

Education
