Job summary

HDR seeks a TMT Program Manager to lead client development and delivery of data center programs. You will manage multidisciplinary teams from concept to completion and help expand business with a global client base. Travel to client sites or HDR offices may be required.

You will advise on technical, regulatory, financial, and community facets, plan and monitor execution, and ensure QA/QC and profitability targets while mentoring staff across HDR’s program management offices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and multiple leading certifications required for senior PM roles.
• Experience managing capital-intensive programs and diverse teams.
• Familiarity with alternative delivery methods (P3, DBFOM, EPC).
• PMO experience with joint client/consultant teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary TMT programs with high technical complexity and client growth.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial and community aspects impacting programs.
• Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of program execution.
• Oversee disciplines including planning, procurement, risk management, and compliance.
• Identify issues/risks and guide timely resolutions and decisions.
• Develop program management/startup plans to drive accountability and transparency.
• Direct HDR and subconsultant teams and ensure contract compliance.
• Mentor and align project managers across locations and check-in regularly.
