Job summary

HDR is seeking a strategic, client-focused TMT Environmental Lead to provide leadership, technical excellence, and market growth for environmental services across HDR’s global TMT portfolio. The role will collaborate with sector leadership to drive HDR’s environmental strategy and support the delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

This position can be based out of HDR offices nationwide and will involve extensive collaboration with regional leaders, business groups, and client development

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
At least 10 years of experience in related field.
Professional registration in architecture/engineering for leadership roles.
Experience managing diverse teams.
Collaborates with cross-functional leaders on business class efforts.
Commitment to HDR values and employee ownership culture.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the environmental strategy for the TMT Market Sector.
Lead permitting, planning, and regulatory programs for large infrastructure projects.
Build executive-level client relationships and drive business development.
Mentor and develop environmental professionals across regions.
Deliver best-in-class environmental services and project delivery.
