Job summary

HDR is seeking a TMT Program Manager to lead multidisciplinary design teams in data center projects from conception to completion. The role focuses on client development, delivery excellence, and expanding business with a global client base, with travel to client sites or HDR offices as required.

You will guide programs with technical, regulatory, financial, and community considerations, implement governance, and mentor HDR staff and subconsultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Sciences, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Program management experience meeting at least one of the specified thresholds (3+ years deputy to PM; 5+ years PM on programs; 10+ years PM leading multi-disciplinary teams).
• Experience delivering large infrastructure programs with high capital value thresholds (e.g., $200M+).
• Strong leadership and communication; comfortable presenting to executives and large audiences.
• Experience with alternative delivery methods (DB, PDB, CMAR) and PMO collaboration.
• Familiar with PMIS, CMIS, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and analytics.
• Willingness to travel and be based at client sites when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary tech media & telecom programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of TMT programs.
• Plan, direct, and monitor all program aspects from conception to completion.
• Oversee a broad range of disciplines and ensure contract scope compliance.
• Identify risks and assist clients with problem-solving and decision-making.
• Develop and implement program management plans and governance structures.
• Mentor and align HDR and subconsultant teams for program delivery.
• Promote alignment and resource planning with regional operations and market planning.
