HDR seeks a TMT Program Manager to lead multidisciplinary design teams from concept to completion, driving client development and successful delivery of data center projects. Some travel to client sites or HDR offices will be required.

The role involves coordinating capital planning, change management, procurement, risk management, and program governance across a global client base, with a focus on quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Sciences, Business Administration, or closely related field.
• Program management experience with multi-project delivery and capital value thresholds.
• Experience leading diverse teams and coordinating with clients on large infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary tech media & telecom (TMT) programs with technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of TMT programs.
• Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of program execution.
• Oversee a broad range of disciplines and ensure contract compliance.
• Develop program management plans, startup plans, and work plans to drive efficiency.
• Monitor financial performance and support growth of HDR’s program management services.
