Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior leader to direct and inspire HDR’s regional TMT delivery and client development teams in the United States. You will engage in client/account management for regional and global customers, coordinate staffing with BES Business Group Managers, and drive delivery strategies across multiple projects.

Lead regional teams in pursuing HDR’s market opportunities, collaborate with sector leadership and HDR’s Architecture, Power and Water groups, and track financial performance,

Qualifications

• BS degree in a discipline related to the position (architecture, engineering, planning, or a related field)
• 10+ years of experience in the A/E Industry, including direct experience with data centers, semiconductor facilities and technology clients
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience in development and management of strategic marketing programs for architecture, engineering and/or planning services
• Experience in development and management of a wide range of client relationships and specific program and/or project pursuits
• Experience in overall staff development, including recruiting, career paths and professional growth
• Experience with industry associations and a visible profile in the market sector
• Ability to work cooperatively with various HDR business directors and managers
• Demonstrated commitment to HDR values and participation in employee‑owned culture

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate HDR’s regional TMT delivery and client development teams
• Direct client/account management for regional and global customers
• Coordinate staffing needs with BES Business Group Managers including recruiting
• Track upcoming contracts/projects in terms of financials, staffing and delivery strategies
• Partner with local CDLs on capture planning and client development meetings and activities
• Lead regional teams in driving forward the Sector’s business development plans
• Collaborate with HDR sector leadership and other groups to pursue opportunities and deliver HDR capabilities
