Job summary

HDR is seeking a Tech/Media/Telecom Region Leader to oversee regional TMT projects such as datacenters, semiconductor facilities and broadband infrastructure. You will lead delivery, client development, and staff planning while ensuring high technical standards across HDR’s global practice.

Based in the United States with responsibilities across Seattle and other HDR locations, the role requires a BS in a related field and 10+ years in A/E with tech clients, plus strong writing and collaboration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, planning or related field.
10+ years of industry experience in A/E including datacenters and technology clients.
Strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead HDR’s regional TMT delivery and client development teams.
Engage in client/account management for regional/global customers.
Coordinate staffing needs with BES Business Group Managers.
Track contracts/projects in terms of financials, staffing and delivery.
Partner with CDL on capture planning and client development meetings.
Lead regional teams in driving sector business development plans.
Drive regional strategic initiatives including brand awareness and partnerships.
Collaborate with HDR leadership to explore new markets and clients.
Track sector financial performance including bookings and ROI.
