Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC is seeking a Technical & Warranty Administration Support role based in a hybrid setting in the Phoenix area. The position focuses on supporting regional CTS operations, resolving complex service issues, and coordinating special projects with management and the Technical Support Competency Group.

Travel about 10-15% is required. The role requires 3-5 years of field service experience with Atlas Copco or similar compressors, a four-year mechanical engineering degree

Qualifications

• Must be self-directed with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven business analysis skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and travel required.

Responsibilities

• Review new products and information from a field/aftermarket perspective to determine service feasibility and required resources or services.
• Assist Service Managers in developing technicians to grow knowledge and training initiatives.
• Liaise with Technical Support to expedite resolution of service issues within the region.
• Warranty administration support including review/approval of claims and RMA tracking.
• Provide technical support for end users and direct to field service interventions when needed.
• Participate in special projects as assigned by Regional Operations Manager or VP/GM.
• Perform duties per Atlas Copco standards and maintain communications with stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
