Job summary

Atlas Copco Compressors LLC is hiring for a Hybrid role in the Houston area. The position focuses on technical and warranty administration, supporting regional CTS operations and management, and coordinating field service activities to resolve complex issues with customers.

The candidate will review products for service feasibility, assist in developing technicians, and expedite resolutions with the Technical Support Competency Group. Travel of 10–15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related.
• 4+ years of technical field service experience maintaining and repairing air compressors.
• Experience with Atlas Copco compressors and understanding of mechanical/electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Review new products and information for service feasibility and required resources.
• Assist Service Managers in technician development and training initiatives.
• Liaise with Technical Support Competency Group to resolve service issues.
• Warranty administration support including review/approval of claims and RMA tracking.
• Provide technical support to end users and direct field interventions as needed.
• Lead special projects as assigned by regional leadership.
• Maintain communications with stakeholders to complete tasks efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
