Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC in Houston is seeking a Technical & Warranty Administration Support role within CTS Operations. You will collaborate with field service teams to resolve tough service issues and coordinate special projects initiated by management.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of field service experience on air compressors, a four-year engineering degree or equivalent, and strong mechanical/electrical skills. This hybrid role includes travel and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of technical field service experience maintaining and repairing air compressors.
• Degree in mechanical engineering or related; or 10+ years' equivalent experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills; able to read wiring diagrams and relay logic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; willingness to travel 10-15%.

Responsibilities

• Review new products and determine service feasibility and aftermarket resources.
• Assist Service Managers in technician development and training initiatives.
• Liaise with Technical Support to expedite service issue resolutions.
• Provide warranty administration support and track warranty RMAs.
• Provide technical support to end users and coordinate field service interventions.
• Handle special projects as assigned by Regional Ops Manager or VP/GM.
• Perform duties per Atlas Copco standards and maintain customer communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
